Address possible issues associated with those needs in case of emergency

Include medications and medical records with exact type and amount needed, and special equipment necessary which can last 3 or more days
List of specialized emergency contacts (doctors, support aides) in case you lose ability to charge your phone
Specific foods for those with specialized food needs, like infants or those with allergies, as shelters might not house those items
Contact the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Arthritis Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy Association if unable to afford extra medical supplies. They may offer low-cost or no-cost emergency supplies and medications.
Discuss emergency plan with any doctors/psychiatrists before it happens
Plan how to stay healthy and comfortable without extra preparation or medical help/equipment
