2026 Community Vaccine Clinics

The Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission and Green Brook Family Medicine will be providing the following vaccines at two upcoming community clinics:

• Flu vaccines for ages 5 and older
• Senior Flu vaccines for ages 65 and older
• Pfizer COVID vaccine for ages 12 and older
• PCV20/21 Pneumonia vaccines (one time dose recommended for ages 50+)
• TDAP (Adult Tetanus Booster) for ages 11 and older

Vaccines are free under most insurance plans. Please bring all insurance cards to the clinic to determine eligibility. A parent or guardian is required to be present with children under the age of 18. A provider from Green Brook Family Medicine will be available at the clinic to address any vaccine-related questions.
