Kevin G. Sumner, MPH -- Director and Health Officer of MBRHC. Kevin has been with the Commission since 1985 working previously as an environmental officer, Registered Environmental Health Specialist, and Health Educator. He received his M.P.H. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and his B.A. in Biological Sciences and Classical Humanities from Rutgers University. Mary Ann Schamberger - Mary Ann is an administrative secretary in the department and is also a Certified Municipal Registrar serving as the Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics for Green Brook Township. She can be reached at 732-968-5151 option 3 or at mascham@middlebrookhealth.org.

Colleen McKay Wharton - Public Health Educator, with the MBRHC on a part-time basis since September 2007. She provides educational materials for towns served by MBRHC. ABOUT THE COMMISSION                                                                 

The governing body of the MBRHC consists of two volunteer representatives from each of the five towns served, which provides direction and long-term planning for the Commission’s overall activities. These representatives bring with them a variety of personal and professional abilities and expertise to serve in this capacity. Each Board meets several times a year, to discuss issues particularly relevant to its town. In addition, each Board appoints two members to serve on the Commission, where broader public health concerns affecting all six municipalities are addressed. The public is welcome to attend any of these meetings. Note however that the Boards do not always meet every month; please contact MBRHC at 732-968-5151 to confirm schedule. Meetings are held in town Municipal Buildings unless otherwise noted.
